A. Russell De Zilva
Joint Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Russell De Zilva has been with the Vallibel group of companies since 2002. He currently holds the position of Joint Chief Executive Officer and has previously served in various positions with the company. Since joining the company, he has been active in the development of several key pieces of front technology which have established the 'Vallibel' name as a leader in its field. These technologies include development of hydro power, hotels and, most recently, wind power projects. Mr. Russell De Zilva holds both B.Sc. (Hons) and Pg.Dip. degrees in Electrical Engineering.
A. K. Dheerasinghe
Joint Chief Executive Officer Mr Dheerasinghe joined Vallibel group of Companies in 2000 and was appointed Joint Chief Executive Officer in 2009. He is an Engineering professional who holds a B.Sc. Eng. (Hons) degree from the University of Peradeniya, PGDBM from the University of Colombo and MBA from the Middlesex University, London. He counts over 14 years managerial experience with specialisation in Hydropower, Hotel and Construction. He has also led teams formulating and developing a number of mini hydropower projects, including the highlighted Way Ganga project (9MW) , Erathna project (10 MW) and Denawaka ganga Project ( 7.2MW). He also serves as Director of The Queensbury (Pvt) Ltd, Director of Summer Season Ltd and Chief Operating Officer in Greener Water Ltd. which is a subsidiary of Vallibel One PLC, while enlightening his contribution to the leisure sector development in Sri Lanka.
